Yes. Customers use Mohro free, always. Only shops pay, and only if they need more than the free plan.
Can I start for free?+
Yes. The free plan includes one store, one live reward and manual approval. Upgrade only when your shop needs more.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?+
You will be asked to upgrade to add more stores, rewards or visits. Nothing is deleted. Existing customers keep their progress.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan at any time. Extra stores and rewards simply pause when a plan has lower limits.
Is there a free trial?+
New shops may start with a free trial of a paid plan. When it ends you can continue on a paid plan or move to the free plan.
