Each store sets how long before the same person can count another visit, from 30 minutes to once a day.

Owners can't self-reward

Brute-force protection

What is Mohro?+
Mohro is a QR loyalty program for local shops. A shop puts a QR code at the counter, customers scan it on every visit, and after a set number of visits they unlock a reward the shop has promised, like a free chai or 10% off.
Do I need to download an app?+
No. Customers scan the shop's QR with any phone camera and Mohro opens in the browser. Login is just your mobile number and an OTP.
How does a visit count?+
When you scan a shop's QR your visit is sent to the shopkeeper. Once they approve it (or the shop has auto-approve on), the visit is added to your stamp card.
What if I scan again and again?+
Each shop chooses a cooldown, for example 2 or 3 hours between countable visits. If you scan too early, Mohro tells you exactly when your next visit will count.
What rewards can shops give?+
Anything! Free items, a percentage off your bill, a free order on a special day. The shop writes the reward in plain words and you simply show it at the counter.
How is a reward kept safe from misuse?+
Every reward has a private code that works only once. The shopkeeper scans or types it and confirms before handing the reward over, and the code is then marked as used.
What happens if I miss the campaign time?+
Every reward has a clear time window, like 30 days. If you don't reach the visit target in time, your count starts fresh. You can always see days left on your stamp card.
Can one mobile number be a customer and a shop owner?+
Yes. One verified number can switch between customer and shopkeeper mode with a tap. Shop owners cannot earn visits or rewards at their own stores.
Can I run more than one store?+
Yes. Every outlet gets its own unique QR. You can decide whether a reward can be claimed at any of your outlets or only at the one that issued it.
Is Mohro better than paper stamp cards?+
Paper cards get lost, can be faked and tell you nothing. A digital stamp card stays on the customer's phone, visits are approved and limited by a cooldown, and you see visits, customers and rewards at a glance.
How much does it cost for shopkeepers?+

Is my data safe?+
We only use your mobile number to log you in. Phone numbers are masked from shopkeepers, photos are cleaned of hidden location data, and we do not sell your data.
